1. Operator and acceptance
The service is operated by TIE Watch, trading as TIE Watch, from Spain. Contact: support@tiewatch.com. By creating an account or using the extension, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for another applicant or an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms and process that applicant’s data.
2. What the service does
TIE Watch helps repeat routine steps on the public Spanish immigration appointment website from a paired Chrome browser. You select the province, procedure and either a specific office or any office. The extension checks at the interval allowed by your plan and alerts you when a slot or human verification step appears.
TIE Watch is independent, is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of Spain, and is not an immigration adviser. We do not control the official website, appointment supply, eligibility, office decisions, documents required or whether an appointment will be honoured.
3. Human confirmation and no guarantee
The extension does not bypass the official CAPTCHA. You must keep Chrome open and the computer awake, respond promptly to an alert, review the official page and complete any CAPTCHA and final confirmation. Availability may disappear at any time.
We cannot guarantee any appointment, office, date, time, successful booking, uninterrupted check frequency or acceptance by the authority. A displayed slot is not booked until the official site confirms it. TIE Watch attempts to detect a confirmation and stop monitoring, but you must use the manual “Appointment booked” control if detection does not occur.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current details matching the applicant’s official documents.
- Use only your own data or data for which you have the applicant’s express authority.
- Keep credentials, device tokens and access to the paired computer secure.
- Review the selected office scope. Choosing “any office” may require substantial travel.
- Do not create duplicate, speculative, fraudulent or unwanted bookings, resell appointments, interfere with the official website, evade security controls or use the service unlawfully.
- Cancel unwanted official appointments through the administration’s own process.
- For Pro use, comply with professional, consumer and data-protection duties owed to every client.
5. Plans and fair use
- Free: a 15-day trial for one applicant, ordinarily one check every 24 hours. Each applicant may use one Free trial in a rolling 24-month period, even if a different email or replacement account is used.
- Personal (€20/month): one current applicant, checks ordinarily every 10 minutes during the published service window.
- Pro (€55/month): multiple authorised applicants, checks ordinarily every 10 minutes during the published service window.
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout. We may apply reasonable concurrency, safety and anti-abuse limits. Check timing is a target rather than a guarantee and may be delayed by Chrome sleep, network conditions, official-site changes, challenges, maintenance or service outages.
6. Billing, cancellation and withdrawal
Stripe processes paid subscriptions. You may change or cancel a plan through “Manage billing”; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless a different date is shown in Stripe. Deleting the TIE Watch account immediately cancels the linked subscription and removes access.
Consumers purchasing a service online may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. If you ask for performance to begin during that period, applicable law may permit a proportionate charge for service already supplied; rights are not excluded unless the law permits and the required express consent has been obtained. To exercise withdrawal or request a qualifying refund, email support@tiewatch.com with the account email and purchase date. This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
7. Account suspension and termination
You may stop monitors, revoke devices, cancel billing or permanently delete the account. We may pause or terminate access for material breach, fraud, unsafe or excessive use, non-payment, legal requirements or conduct that risks the official site or other users. Where reasonable, we will explain and allow correction. Termination does not remove accrued payment obligations or provisions intended to survive.
8. Availability, changes and third parties
We may modify the extension to follow official-site changes, improve security or meet legal requirements. Material reductions to paid functionality will be communicated where practical. Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, Chrome and the Spanish administration provide independent services subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their decisions or outages beyond our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual property
TIE Watch’s code, design, branding and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the service and extension for the plan’s intended purpose. You may not distribute altered copies, sell access, extract secrets, defeat licence checks or represent the service as government-approved. Rights that cannot lawfully be restricted remain unaffected.
10. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Subject to that rule, TIE Watch is not liable for unavailable or lost appointments, incorrect user data, failure to respond to an alert, official-site rejection, travel or document costs, government decisions, or indirect/consequential loss. For paid services, our aggregate contractual liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the preceding 12 months, except where such a limit is prohibited by law.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving an EU consumer of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Please contact support@tiewatch.com first so we can try to resolve a complaint. Courts and consumer-dispute rights apply as provided by mandatory law.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for legal, security or service changes. Material changes will be announced and dated. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted; if consent is legally required, we will ask for it. Questions: support@tiewatch.com.
